A Kids Best Friend

Yesterday we went shoe shopping for the kids. Well, we didn't have any luck with shoes but we did walk out with these 3 animals from Build A Bear. None of us had ever experienced this place before and we told the kids if they behaved we would go there. Of course Avery was the only one that knew what Build A Bear was. They did behave while we walked all over the mall looking for shoes. That could've been because Keagan was contained in a stroller and Caleb was happy to help daddy push the stroller. I say daddy because Keagan wanted only daddy to push him. So, I felt very empty handed walking beside Avery who no longer needs/wants to hold my hand. All and all they were behaved, so off to the store that you create your own stuffed animal we went. Caleb was very excited to help make his bear (on the left), he picked out the outfit all on his own and named him Bear. Avery was overwhelmed by all the outfits to choose from, she had one in her hand that she liked but then I came across this Hannah Montanna outfit that her bear is wearing. She named her Hannah. Keagan decided he didn't even want his puppy after getting it stuffed. I chose the same shirt that Caleb's bear had since he was very negative about the whole thing.
Everyone enjoyed making, dressing, naming their animals. It was a good experience and I hope to go back there sometime again.
Now we still need to find shoes!
