Day at the Falls

We took the kids to see The Falls while we were away. Avery and I had been a couple of weeks before on her school trip. She had never been until this year. It was busy with tourists even though it was an overcast, dreary day. We went through the Funhouse and played games at the Midway on Clifton Hill even though they cost an arm and a leg. (Geez, I heard that a few times from my mom while growing up) We finished off our time in Niagara Falls by eating lunch at Planet Hollywood. It was also a good day.

These next two pictures are of the boys after their baths, ready for bed in the hotel room. Ahhh, what luxuries a hotel has to offer - bathtubs and air conditioning - we were soooo thankful for them after our night at the cabin and our long day in the heat at Marineland, I just had to take these pics.

Our vacation was 3 days and 4 nights. It wasn't a long vacation but we got away and it was short enough that none of us got home sick (mainly me). The kids enjoyed their time and had fun experiencing some things they never had before. I hope that they will remember it for a long time. I know I will!
